I had acute pain in my legs along with scoliosis vertigo and ligament injury in my ankle I had cervical spondylosis from the last 8 years Vertigo and cervical pain were the major challenges in my treatment due to which I was not able to do many exercises which were actually required in my case Dr Shikha and her team worked hard to settle my problem I feel a lot of improvement in my pain As it is a chronic problem it is taking time to improve Many times I felt low but Dr Shikhas positive energy and optimism kept me going I am still continuing with the treatment and I am really hopeful for a better health ahead

I had consulted Dr Shikha for my lower back pain which occured due to an injury caused during my work out session Dr Shikha listens you patiently and then curate the treatment specific to your injuries/ symptoms She observes how the patients body is responding to the treatment and design the further procedures accordingly She suggested various lifestyle changes and exercises which helped me to recover to a great extent in a natural way

Dr Shikha Guptas Physiotherapy Centre is a good centre in this locality The centre has good facilities reasonable rates and qualified staff I would recommend the centre for physiotherapic facilities Prof V Jhingran
