Ive been suffering from back pain for over a year now and couldnt figure out what the reason was I visited Apollo for a normal check up where I also mentioned about the back pain Ive been suffering from I was told to do an MRI for the same where they found some issues in my lumbar spine Dr Dasaraju was the one who suggested that I should also get my Vitamin D levels checked after the MRI report came out Surely my Vitamin D was alarmingly low 35 which was one of the reasons behind my pain Currently Im under medication and also got a Vitamin D injection to boost my Vitamin D levels I still suffer from the pain but only when I overwork myself Other than that Ive been feeling a little better
