I met him for the first time today He seemed good to me and he turned out great It seems to me that the younger doctors are more honest courteous and punctual than their senior counterparts If they are like him and Dr Sarkar reviewed separately then there is hope for the ill in Kolkata The senior doctors whom I grew up under and peers of my age often not always mislead their patients behave rudely and show great haste Go to Kozhikode see the difference But this doctor seemed to me a very decent young man The difference between my age - group medicos and those much senior to us in Kolkata is often their rude behaviour It seems that things are changing now I actually show doctors online in other states fed up with doctors here But was pleasantly surprised today Visit the young man Senior doctors need to learn from this new generation --- politeness is the key If you are punctual and polite you will not have patients going to the South to get themselves treated Plus dont give irrelevant tests Doctors like him I thought had vanished from Kolkata Same experience with Dr Baishali Sarkar Gem of a human being Dr Sonthalia is kind to his patients and is up to date in his field Visit him He knows his subject
