Dr Philip is a very level headed physician I approached him with my father having head and neck cancer in the palliative stage of treatment He listens to all the concerns of patient giving them time not rushing and addresses every symptom one by one He makes sure all medicine and paperwork is made available with much ease He does not have an arrogant or carefree attitude towards palliative patients like most other oncologists currently working in tertiary hospitals of kerala He greets and makes the patient feel respected I am thankful to sir for making the last days of my dad peaceful and graceful Much respect to his team of nurses who are very caring and compassionate They always greeted my father with a lot of positivity I hope the oncology department at apollo develops into one of the best in the state with a holistic team of psychologists and social workers who will look after the overall wellbeing of terminally ill patients as well as the families going through such traumatic experiences and loss
