I had a positive experience with Dr Soorya Ajay Rao the ENT specialist Dr Rao exhibited excellent professionalism and knowledge during my consultation He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations about my condition and potential treatments The clinics staff was courteous and the overall atmosphere was welcoming However I rated the experience 45 stars as I believe theres always room for improvement in certain aspects of service Despite this I appreciate Dr Raos expertise and the overall positive encounter at the clinic I would recommend Dr Soorya Ajay Rao to others seeking an experienced ENT specialist
