My appointment with Dr. Srikanth M went well and he gave ample time to hear all my issues and gave me great insight of my condition and guided me to a more specialist doctor. My appointment was done online through Apollo 24/7 App. The only little issue is that there was quite a lag in answering my follow up questions and the whole process was time consuming. I hope the Apollo management streamlines the process and focuses on giving a more personalized experience because they charging premium money for their services.
