I consulted doctor multiple times back in 2015 when I had sleeping issues and the consultation helped me to completely recover. Now due to lock down I started getting the same and his consultation really helped me to get rid of it. Doctor is very friendly and helpful and he understands the problem in depth and prescribed the medicines. He is reachable anytime on phone for any queries to clarify on the medicines and other issues. For those who struggle with mental issues I definitely recommend to consult him. Also the consultation charges are reasonable.

Anxiety disorder

Visited for Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. In July 2019, an unfortunate event triggered an abnormal change in me which I, rather my mind just couldn't stop controlling! My thought process had become all negative and would constantly worry about unnecessary things. I even suffered from obsessive thoughts. So, I visited Dr. Vikas Deshmukh. He heard me calmly and patiently and told me what I was suffering from i.e Anxiety and OCD. He even made my dad realise that I need support and help. So I went on with the medicines with regular follow ups! I can be as honest as possible, I felt better within 2 months of medications. Within 6 months I was back on track. Currently I am visiting him for regular follow ups and getting better day by day. Dr. Vikas Deshmukh made me realise that having any kind of mental illness is completely a normal thing. The only solution is acceptance! Accepting that nothing is more important than your mental health! People are always out there to help you , you just need to speak up! More and more people should talk openly about it. If you had a constant stomach pain, wouldn't you go to the doctor? Its that simple. The taboo on subjects of mental health should not stop you from accessing appropriate care and medication. Mental health afflictions are just like any other ailment (like diabetes or heart disease) and getting timely treatment is extremely important! i thank Dr. Vikas Deshmukh a zillion times. schizophrenia

Getting my Mom treated by Dr. Vikas Deshmukh Sir was the one of the best thing happened in my life. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia. A little of her background- She always used to be skeptical about people around, believing them to be evil, she always had negative thoughts that they will harm her and our family, thus was mostly sad and rarely happy. She used to doubt my Dad a lot and there used to be lots of arguments between them or even worse not talking to each other for months. But after her treatment with Dr. Vikas Sir for a year or so, things are so much better now, she never doubts Dad or any one else for that matter so no more arguments anymore. She is much more positive person then ever and is always happy. I would any day recommend him for any mental health issue

bipolar disorder

We met Dr Vikas w.r.t my mother in law’s bipolar disorder, aggravated by the demise of my dear father in law, who was her dedicated care giver for the past 60 plus years. We can say it was a breaking point for both my husband and me when we were referred to Dr Deshmukh in May 2018. Very patiently he heard us out and understood the problem. Aai showed signs of improvement right from the first week of his treatment and is stable today. Her true nature of a kind, perceptive and intelligent person, has returned, thanks to Dr Deshmukh’s treatment and care. He has been available at all times for us, night or day and would reply to our texts as early as possible. I only wish we had met him earlier. All the best to him and the wonderful work he has been doing!

Dr Vikas Deshmukh is a wonderful psychiatrist He listens carefully and provides thoughtful advice that really helps I felt so much better after a few sessions with him He is very understanding and never makes you feel rushed Highly recommend him to anyone seeking mental health support Dr Deshmukh is amazing He really helped me with my anxiety and depression issues He is very kind and patient I felt comfortable talking to him and his treatment was very effective
