I'm really worried about my sister's skin. She's got a naturally dusky tone, but her job in sales means she's out in the field a lot, and it's made her skin even darker. I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time, where my lips need Vaseline almost every 15 minutes. If I skip applying it, my lips get dry, sore, and really irritating. It's starting to affect my daily life and I'm not sure if a doctor could offer any help for this. Is it just me or is there something I can do to fix it?

Dry lips would be result of vitamin deficiency or dehydration,rule out appropriate cause and use moisturizer often,don't hurry to move.
