Could there be any chance that lung lesions, especially if the largest is about 2cm, might be cancerous? What are the probabilities of that happening? I'm really worried. Can you help me understand?

I was diagnosed with COVID on June 24th and got treatment until July 10th. When I got discharged, the doctor said I didn't need another swab test. I've been diagnosed with pleural effusion tuberculosis since March 5th, and the anti-TB treatment is underway. Can I safely be around my husband and have relations without risking passing the infection to him? Just trying to make sure he's safe too.
