Could there be any chance that lung lesions, especially if the largest is about 2cm, might be cancerous? What are the probabilities of that happening? I'm really worried. Can you help me understand?

The doctor advised me to stop after 9 months, which I did, but now I'm experiencing a fever and a slow cough again. I had to restart the meds and I'm not seeing any weight gain either, which is concerning. Also, whenever I drink something like Thums Up, my tongue feels really strange and kind of tingly. What should I do about all this? I'm a bit confused and would like some guidance.

I'm a bit concerned and curious about the recent chest X-ray report for a loved one who had COVID-19 about a month ago. It mentions bilateral scanty infiltrations of mixed nature with some irregular breakdowns, gross bronchial catarrh, and prominent bronchovascular markings. It also says the hilar shadow is heavy, the heart shadow is normal, and the left costophrenic angle is slightly blurred. Should I be worried about these findings, or is this normal as someone recovers from COVID-19?

I'm having a really tough time with chest congestion, breathing issues, and a persistent cough, especially with the change in seasons. I also have allergies to dust.
