Could there be any chance that lung lesions, especially if the largest is about 2cm, might be cancerous? What are the probabilities of that happening? I'm really worried. Can you help me understand?

View allI've been diagnosed with covid and my CT score was 25, and my scan showed a 225 pt infection in the upper right lung. I've been on medication like ivermectin, clavum, mondeslor, zincovit, limcee, and dolo for the past three days. Ive also been doing steam inhalations three times a day and drinking hot lemon water and kadha. Now, Ive started coughing and my oxygen levels are around 98-99, plus I'm feeling a little short of breath. I dont have a fever though. Do you think I should start taking a steroid like medrol, or should I stick to my 5-day treatment plan with cough syrup and steam inhalation for now to see if things get better?

I'm having some troubles with my breathing and I'm feeling really worried. It's like I can't take a deep breath properly and my brain feels like it's not functioning properly. I've been feeling constantly tired and my head feels pressured, almost like the oxygen isn't reaching my brain even though I'm breathing normally. It's a consistent issue that just doesn't go away. Could there be something wrong with how the oxygen is getting to my brain? I'm really looking for some guidance on this. Please help me understand what's going on.
