Had surgery on my finger yesterday and the pain is really bad today. The doctor prescribed Combiflum but it's not helping much. Since my doctor is far away now, can you suggest a stronger painkiller that might work better?

Is it okay to masturbate 22 days after shoulder humerus fracture surgery or should I wait longer to avoid any complications
You can masturbate after 3 weeks if there's no pain or strain—go slow and avoid pressure on the shoulder.

My 5-year-old has a meniscus tear with clicking sounds and discomfort but no locking. Their knee feels unstable should we consider surgery or try other options first?
For a 5-year-old with a meniscus tear causing clicking, discomfort, and knee instability, but without locking, a non-surgical approach is generally recommended as the first step. This typically involves rest, ice, and physical therapy to manage pain and improve knee function. Surgery might be considered if the tear is severe or if non-surgical treatments fail to provide sufficient relief.
