I had a chemical peel on my face recently from a dermatologist, and now I've developed lichen planus. Could the peeling be the reason for it? I haven't taken any medications or done anything else that might have triggered this. I'm pretty concerned. What could be going on here?

I'm a bit worried about my health because I've been shaking my penis every day. I've noticed I'm not feeling as good as I used to. Could this be causing my health issues? And if so, how can I stop this habit?

Shaking or overstimulating the penis frequently can lead to soreness, fatigue, and reduced energy, potentially affecting overall health if excessive. Try to reduce the frequency gradually and engage in other activities like exercise or hobbies to manage urges. If it's difficult to control, consider talking to a psychologist for additional support.
