Is ICL surgery an option for someone with really high myopia like 14.75 in the right eye and 17.5 in the left eye or are there better alternatives for vision correction with these numbers

View allI live in a city where no doctors offer Contoura vision surgery, so I'd have to fly elsewhere to get it done. But I'm not sure if I'm even a good candidate for it I don't want to travel all that way just to find out I can't get the procedure. Here are my details: RE sph -1.75 cyl -1.60 axis 15 VA 20/20 LE sph -1.50 cyl -1.25 axis 7 VA 20/20 IPD 69 My eye pressure is healthy, I have very mild dry eyes (not severe), and I've been diagnosed with astigmatism and myopia. Could I possibly be a candidate for Contoura vision?

My wife's vision is -4 in both eyes and we're considering surgery to remove her dependence on glasses. She has a United India Health Insurance Policy with Paramount TPA can you guide us on whether the surgery would be covered and what options we should look into?
