I'm 21 and a couple of weeks back, I had a sore throat and cough. I took some antibacterial meds for a few days, but now I'm still coughing around 4-5 times a day with phlegm. The phlegm looks like what's in the picture. I feel fine otherwise, no other symptoms, but I'm a bit worried. Any idea what's going on?

My brother's CT scan shows a COVID pneumonia severity score of 18 out of 25, and it's marked as CORADS 5. He's been on several medications since May 3, 2021, including Nintena 100, Happi D, Wysolone 20, and some antibiotics like Microcef O and Sazidox.
