I'm 23 and have had issues with bronchitis in the past. I used to rely on an Asthaline inhaler whenever I felt breathless. A few months ago, I went to a different doctor who gave me Formonide 200, and I found it worked way better than Asthaline. I haven't needed Asthaline since I started using Formonide, but yesterday I needed it again and it didn't give me long-term relief. I'm curious about why Asthaline isn't as effective anymore and if I should stick with Formonide or consider something else. What do you think?

I've been spitting a little bit of fresh blood from my throat at night, and I'm really worried. I'm currently on medication for COPD and my X-ray shows smoky lungs, but I've never smoked or drank alcohol. I'm not experiencing weight loss or fever, and I'm taking antibiotics and cough syrup, but I'm unsure about what's happening. The blood I spit is bright red and clears up within minutes, usually after 10 p.m. My doctor did an X-ray and some basic blood tests, but I'm concerned if this could be something serious or life-threatening. so did your chest xray and bloood investigations reports are normal .there are many reason for spiting fresh blood most common cause is chest infections so after evaluating you properly we can come to a diagnosis
