I'm 28 and about to get married but I have a foreskin that doesn't retract. There's no infection, but my friends suggested sunthi surgery. I'm scared about the procedure can this be fixed with medicines instead? If I need surgery, where should I go and how much does it usually cost? Also how many days will recovery take

Circumcision is a very safe procedure. Certain ointments have been tried but in my experience I can tell you that they don't actually work. So better to go for circumcision. It just requires a maximum of 1 day hospitalisation. Cost would differ from hospital to hospital.

View allMy friend is 28 and has been dealing with venous leak for over a year now. He's seen multiple doctors and done his own research, but apart from surgery, there don't seem to be many treatment options. He's currently using Viagra, but we've heard even the surgery isn't a permanent fix. Recently, we came across stem cell therapy does it actually work for venous leak? Can it fully heal the condition, and what's the approximate cost in India? Would really appreciate some clarity on this.
Stem cell therapy for ED is not the standard tt advised. If medical and surgical therapy doesnot respond the therapy can be tried.Cost of the treatment variess from hospital to hospital.

I've been noticing a white layer forming under the skin of my penis for the past week. The skin feels tighter than usual, and it's becoming difficult to pull it back. Should I be concerned about this? What could be causing it, and how do I treat it?
You may have a yeast infection or balanitis. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer twice a day for about 1-2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've had kidney stones for over 20 years with 7 surgeries already. Now there's a 6mm stone at the VUJ and my doctor prescribed cifaxime 200, Uritin 04, and aquzide 12.5. Right now, I only feel sharpness in my penis and discomfort around that area no back pain or bleeding. Can a stone this size pass naturally or do I need to worry?
There are several factors which predict some passage. Size of stone, duration, inflammation etc. Need more information.
