You may have a yeast infection or balanitis. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer twice a day for about 1-2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've had kidney stones for over 20 years with 7 surgeries already. Now there's a 6mm stone at the VUJ and my doctor prescribed cifaxime 200, Uritin 04, and aquzide 12.5. Right now, I only feel sharpness in my penis and discomfort around that area no back pain or bleeding. Can a stone this size pass naturally or do I need to worry?

There are several factors which predict some passage. Size of stone, duration, inflammation etc. Need more information.

Circumcision is a very safe procedure. Certain ointments have been tried but in my experience I can tell you that they don't actually work. So better to go for circumcision. It just requires a maximum of 1 day hospitalisation. Cost would differ from hospital to hospital.
