I'm an asthma patient and I've been dealing with it for 15 years. I used to use the Seretide 500 inhaler, but lately, I haven't been able to find it. So now I'm using Asthalin 100, like 7 or 8 times a day with two puffs each time. Is this a problem?

I'm feeling really worried because I've had a fever for the past two days, and now I'm okay, but I'm having a lot of trouble breathing, and my cough is pretty bad. I was taking zentocol and paracetamol as my doctor suggested, but just a while ago, I started getting really dizzy and my chest is making a Gur Gur sound.
