I'm an asthma patient and I've been dealing with it for 15 years. I used to use the Seretide 500 inhaler, but lately, I haven't been able to find it. So now I'm using Asthalin 100, like 7 or 8 times a day with two puffs each time. Is this a problem?

I'm trying to understand my current TB treatment and could use some guidance. I've been dealing with abdomen TB and finished the first two months on Akurit 4 with four tablets a day. Now I'm on Combutol 1 gm and R Cinex 600 mg, along with a multi-vitamin. Initially, I started at 65 kg and now I'm at 68 kg, and I've noticed my appetite has increased, too. The doctor mentioned something about changing to a regimen with a full six months of rifampicin, and I'm a little confused about what that means for relapses and failures. Can you explain how this change might impact my recovery? Also, should I be concerned about the weight gain? I'm 34, by the way.

I'm just wondering if the Budamate 200 mcg inhaler could be harmful because I know it's a steroid. Is it as risky as other steroids? I'm also concerned about whether using it could lead to something like black fungus. I used it for about five days when I was recovering from COVID. Can you help me understand the possible side effects?

Seroflo rotahaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.

I'm experiencing some breathlessness when I'm walking or climbing stairs to the second floor, especially after coming home from work. My oxygen level drops to 90 for about 30 seconds to a minute before it goes back to normal. I also had a CRP test done, and the result was 15.6 mgL. Is this a normal level? What could be happening with my body?
