I'm dealing with super sensitive skin and I've been trying out different creams. My neighbor suggested I try Skin Lite cream, and I've been using it once a day in the evening for about three weeks now. At first, everything was fine and my skin got a bit fairer. But during the second week, my face started getting irritated every time I washed it with Dove. Now, in the third week, I'm noticing some white patches on my face. Should I keep using the cream or is it best to stop?

I've been struggling with a fungal infection on my scrotum for about 2 years now and I've tried so many different medications like terbinafine, fluconazole, and griseofulvin, along with fexofenadine and levocetirizine, and even injections like Taxim and Mocef, but nothing seems to work. Itraconazole helped a bit but still hasn't cleared it up completely. I'm really not sure what to do next. Can you give me some advice?

I'm dealing with genital warts for the past 3 months. It started with just 12 warts, but now they seem to be increasing. Could you tell me what the best treatment options are? I'm really concerned about this and would appreciate your advice.

Genital warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and can be treated with prescription medications. One of the most common treatments is using imiquimod cream (brand name Aldara). You can apply a thin layer of Aldara cream on the warts before bedtime, three times a week for up to 16 weeks. Another option is podofilox solution (brand name Condylox), which you can apply directly to the warts twice a day for three consecutive days, followed by four days off. This cycle can be repeated up to four times. It is important to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
