I'm feeling really concerned because my husband mentioned he's not satisfied during our intimate moments. He says my vagina feels loose, and it's too wet and sticky, which seems to be putting him off. I'm a mom of two kids, and I'm just not sure what to do about this. Can you give me some advice?

I'm six months pregnant and my doctor has prescribed me Pan 40 tablets. I'm really worried if it's safe to take them during pregnancy. If not, what other options do I have?

Can a cyst come out in your period?

Physiological cysts appear and disappear as you progress from one menstrual cycle to the next, usually do not show any symptoms or need any intervention. Ovarian cyst may sometimes burst causing severe pain and bleeding but cyst as a whole may not come out.

I'm really worried about this personal issue I'm experiencing with my girlfriend. After I finger her, there's a bad smell coming from her vagina and on my hand. She doesn't have any vaginal infections or itching, but this has been happening for the last three months. It wasn't like this before, so I'm not sure what's going on and it's starting to affect our relationship. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this and what we can do about it?

It could be due to bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition where there is an overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina, leading to a fishy odor. I recommend your girlfriend to use Metronidazole gel 0.75% applied intravaginally once daily for 5 days. This will help to restore the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina and alleviate the bad smell. Additionally, practicing good hygiene, such as washing hands before and after sexual activity, can also help prevent the recurrence of this issue.
