I'm having trouble with my breathing lately, and it's really making me anxious. I did a PFT test recently, and I've attached the report. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I tested positive for COVID on July 4th and got a negative result on July 13th. I'm still having issues though. I get really tired quickly, especially when going up stairs. I can manage to walk for about 20 minutes but anything beyond that and I start feeling exhausted and have this heavy sensation in my chest. I've had a chest X-ray, a D-dimer test, and CRP tests, and all came back normal. My SpO2 levels are consistently at 98. Should I be concerned about this? How long might it take before this weakness goes away?

do stress test and proceed

I'm curious about the benefits of taking turmeric steam for shortness of breath. I've been doing it for over a month now. I've also had a chest x-ray that showed no issues, and I'm on medication suggested by a pulmonologist from this app. I don't have any cold, fever, or cough. The doctor mentioned it might be due to acidity and anxiety, but I find myself needing to take deep breaths every 34 minutes or so. I don't eat much and just do some light walking in my parking lot because of the lockdown. I had been using duolin and easebreath nebulization but decided to stop and stick with turmeric steam instead. I'm also taking RabletD and Abflo, with just two doses left. What do you think about this approach?

Turmeric steam may provide some comfort but doesnt directly address shortness of breath caused by acidity or anxiety. Its good that your chest X-ray is normal and you're following your pulmonologists advice. Continue your prescribed medications (Rablet-D and AB-Flo), stay hydrated, and practice relaxation techniques to manage anxiety. If symptoms persist, follow up with your doctor.

I'm an asthma patient and I've been taking medicines like Montek LC and Seraflow 250mg rotocaps. I started this routine because of frequent asthma attacks since October 2014. Initially, I took them every day for three months, but then moved to only taking them when an attack happens. Lately, I've been having other issues like significant belly swelling, lots of gas, breathing problems, and constipation. Could you please help me understand these symptoms and suggest what I should do?

its gastritis, take tablet pantop for 5 days
