I'm really worried about my brother. About twenty days ago, he started having chest congestion and trouble breathing. We took him to a physician who gave him an x-ray, an inhaler, and Montelukast. He seemed okay at first, but then on the third day, the symptoms came back. We rushed him to the hospital and he was admitted for suspected COVID-19 because of his cough and sneezing, but all his tests came back negative, and they discharged him when his x-ray seemed fine. Now, he's feeling that breathlessness again, along with this acid-like feeling in his lungs and stomach causing chest congestion. Could this be because of anxiety? His heart rate shoots up when he feels this way. We're really struggling because there's no specialist around here since we're in a red zone. What could we do to help him? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm a bit confused because all the tests like the Mantoux, AFB sputum culture, and Genexpert sputum have come back negative, but the CT scan and x-ray are showing something concerning. We've done the AFB sputum test twice with a good sample, and it's negative both times. However, there's still a light cough, but the saliva seems normal. What could be causing this? Should we be worried or consider any other possibilities? Would appreciate any advice you can offer.

I'm really worried about my health situation. I've had childhood asthma and sinusitis, and the usual things like dust and cold triggers really affect me. Usually, it wasn't a big deal, but since I hit 31, especially during the pandemic, the shortness of breath has gotten worse. I was using SEROFLO 250 now and then, but it never seemed serious until I got COVID-19 in early 2022. My breathing issues got really bad, so I used SEROFLO more often and for consecutive days. Now Im facing something scaryevery time I use SEROFLO, I get severe dizziness, heart palpitations, sleep problems, increased shortness of breath, and theres pain in my left arm. Im super anxious if these are signs of a heart issue. Do you think the SEROFLO is causing these symptoms or could this be something else like a heart problem? What should I do?
