I'm really worried about some chest pain I've been having. It's there when I breathe deeply, move my neck, or even press on the area, and it all seems to start from the straight back. This has been going on for the past 2 years and I just don't know what to do about it. What could be causing this kind of pain?

View allMy mom has osteoarthritis which runs in our family We saw two doctors with different opinions one suggested medications like Nyros Max and Sazo 500 to manage pain and strengthen cartilage while the other recommended a Synvisc injection for temporary relief and mentioned knee replacement surgery might be needed later I'm confused about which treatment path to follow for her condition
I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

I'm feeling pretty anxious right now. My ESR level came back at 63, and I'm not sure what that means. I had a fever when they did the test. Can you help me understand why my ESR might be high?
A high erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is usually a sign of inflammation in the body, which can be caused by infection repeat when you become fine

I've been noticing this issue with my calf muscles for almost a year now. Every night when I lie down to sleep, I feel this persistent pain in my leg, and it's even worse during the winter months. The discomfort just doesn't seem to go away. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can find some relief?
. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general surgeon
