My mom has osteoarthritis which runs in our family We saw two doctors with different opinions one suggested medications like Nyros Max and Sazo 500 to manage pain and strengthen cartilage while the other recommended a Synvisc injection for temporary relief and mentioned knee replacement surgery might be needed later I'm confused about which treatment path to follow for her condition

I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

I've been dealing with this pain in my left shoulder for the last few days. It's really uncomfortable and even spreads to my upper chest when I breathe. On top of that, I'm noticing pain in my joints, mostly in my wrists and fingers. It's pretty worrisome, and I'm not sure what's going on. Can you give me some advice on what this might be?

take pain killers for 3 days and if pain still persists do blood tests of esr , crp and rheumatoid factor

I'm a bit confused about the difference between Lupin Lumenac 600 Tablet and Lumenac 600 Capsule. Are they basically the same, or is there some important distinction I should be aware of? I'm trying to figure out if it matters which one I use.

I'm 20 and dealing with a connective tissue disorder. I'm really worried because I've been seeing rusty-colored blood in the morning and coughing up a little blood. The pulmonologist recommended a chest CT scan, and they mentioned that my DNS is normal and "cancapanca" is normal too. But my aPTT is at 30.0 seconds and prothrombin with INR is at 16.1 seconds, and my INR range is 1.36 seconds. My ANA test came back positive. I'm confused about what all these results mean and what could be causing these symptoms. Could you help explain this?

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally, thrice dailly for 5 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.
