I've been dealing with this ear block on and off for the past couple of months. It seems to get worse when I'm talking at work, but it doesn't bother me at all in the mornings. Any idea what's going on with that? Would love some advice.

You need to get your ear and nose examined .The block could be due multiple reasons which need to be ruled out.

View allI'm having a tough time dealing with this really dry mouth and throat, but it only seems to happen at night. I'm actually feeling super tired but can't sleep because of my anxiety over it. Could having a dry mouth be something serious or dangerous? And who should I reach out to for help with this? It's already 5:30 in the morning and I haven't slept at all, plus my tongue looks all white.

I've been experiencing something a bit concerning tonight. I sneezed a few times and then noticed small amounts of blood mixed with mucus and saliva for about 5 minutes before it stopped. I'm not sure if this is something I should be worried about. Can you tell me if this is normal or if I should be doing anything about it?
