I've been dealing with this ear block on and off for the past couple of months. It seems to get worse when I'm talking at work, but it doesn't bother me at all in the mornings. Any idea what's going on with that? Would love some advice.

View allI've been having a nosebleed for the past two days, and it's starting to freak me out. On top of that, I'm having trouble breathing, and I've got this constant headache. I'm not sure what's going on and could really use some advice on what steps I should take or what could be causing this. Could you help me figure it out?
Nosebleeds lasting for two days, along with breathing difficulties and headaches, may indicate a more serious underlying issue. It is important to address these symptoms promptly. You can try using over-the-counter nasal decongestant spray like Afrin (oxymetazoline) to help constrict blood vessels in the nose and stop the bleeding. For the headache, you can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) as directed on the package. However, it is crucial to seek medical attention as soon as possible to determine the cause of these symptoms and receive appropriate treatment.
