I've been dealing with pneumonia for a couple of weeks now and I'm on antibiotics, but I've got this almost constant chest pain that makes it tough to sleep. My temperature is not extremely high, like around 37.2C, but what's really bothering me is this annoying, painful ache in the area around my heart. I know pneumonia can be serious and it's normal to feel unwell, but the ongoing chest and heart pain has me worried. I haven't seen anyone else mention these symptomsare they something I should be concerned about, or are they normal with pneumonia?

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I've been dealing with a pretty rough cough for about a week now, and it's been really productive. On top of that, I've had this severe cold for about five days. I took Azithromycin and Monteleukast, but I'm not sure if they're helping. Should I be worried, or do I just need to give it more time? What should I do next?

If Azithromycin didn't work you have to get Sputum for Culture sensitivity done and use appropriate antibiotic done.
