I've been dealing with this really annoying itching and rashes around my scrotum and anus area for a few months now. It's pretty uncomfortable, and now I've noticed that the skin there has developed some dark patches. I've been using Candid powder and Suthol after showers, but it doesn't seem to be completely resolving the issue. Is there something else I could be doing to get rid of the itching?

I've been dealing with this itching on my inner thighs and buttocks for the last three months, and I've noticed the same rash on my left-hand wrist and both my right hand and leg joint. I've tried a bunch of antifungal creams and meds like flucan 150mg, cefadroxil 500mg, and Levosiz, and then switched to terbinafine tablets and cream. Given your persistent symptoms despite treatment, it's essential to reassess your condition. Here's a step-by-step plan:

I've been using Skinlite, and whenever I stop, my face seems to get darker. I'm really trying to quit it. Do you think it's safe to switch to Kojishine cream instead? I'm worried about the effects.

I'm trying to figure out which ointment works best for cuts and wounds: Neosporin or T Bact? I've heard different things about both, and I'm not sure which one to go with. Could you help clear up the confusion?

Both Neosporin and T Bact ointments are effective for minor cuts and wounds, but Neosporin, containing neomycin and polymyxin B, has a broader antibiotic spectrum, making it a slightly better choice for preventing infection and promoting healing.
