I've been having this issue with my right nipple where it keeps getting dry and itchy off and on for a few weeks now. There's also this dry patch on the areola area, like dry skin. I try using moisturizer, and it helps a bit, but it goes back to being dry and itchy pretty quickly, especially after showering. There's no pain or bleeding, or anything else weird going on. Should I be worried about this? Does it sound serious?

Hey, I need some advice. I had a sexual exposure a while back and I'm kind of freaking out. I've gotten tested multiple times for HIV and STDstwo months, five months, and ten months after exposure, using HIV duo combo, RNA PCR, and ECLIA testsall negative. But now, 14 months later, I've got these weird maculo papular rashes on my chest and shoulders that darkened and peeled off. Could this be related to HIV even after all those negative tests?
