Ive been having this issue where I constantly feel the need to take deep breaths, and its starting to worry me. I consider myself pretty healthy since I can handle long-distance runs, play football for an hour, and even work out in the gym regularly. So, its confusing why Im experiencing this. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this problem?

View allI'm experiencing a cough whenever I'm in air conditioning, whether it's day or night. Even when I'm on an AC bus, my throat gets itchy and the coughing starts. I don't have any nasal congestion or other symptoms, just this persistent cough that's been really bothering me. What could be causing this?
You can try taking a cough suppressant like Delsym (Dextromethorphan) 30mg every 6 hours as needed to help alleviate the cough. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air and soothe your throat. Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

I'm really struggling with this persistent wet cough and the pain it's causing in my chest. Every time the seasons change, it's the same routine: blocked nose, runny nose, and that horrible itch in my throat that makes me want to cough all the time. I got my X-ray and PFT done, but everything came back normal, which is frustrating because my throat just constantly feels heavy, like it's never clear. I really wish I could solve this for good. Unfortunately, there's no chest specialist in my area. Could you please give me some advice on what I can do?

So, I've been to see a chest specialist, and he thinks I have TB because I'm dealing with pleurisy. He hasn't done any reports but is giving me medicine for it. Is this normal? I also did a TB Gold test, and it came back positive with a gamma radiation level of 0.45. Does this mean I definitely have TB? I'm a bit worried and would love your input.
