I've been having some blood in my mucus the past couple of mornings, and it's making me pretty anxious. I've had a cough and cold recently, and I'm wondering if that could be causing it. I'm also a smoker, and I traveled to higher altitudes last week. Could any of these be the reason for the blood? I'm really nervous about going to the doctor and getting tested. What do you think I should do?

I'm experiencing this ringing noise in my left ear. It was clogged before, but after taking medication, the blockage cleared up. Still, the ringing persists. Also, whenever I open my mouth, there's this clicking sound from the left side of my jaw. Could this be something related to my ear or jaw? And should I see an ENT specialist or a different kind of doctor for this issue?

I've been dealing with this constant itchiness in my throat, and it's really getting on my nerves. I have no idea what's causing it or how to get rid of it. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on and how I can ease it?

For itchy throat relief, try gargling with warm salt water, sipping on warm tea or broth, sucking on lozenges or cough drops, and staying hydrated; if the itchiness persists, consider consulting a healthcare professional to rule out underlying conditions like allergies, acid reflux, or a viral infection.
