I've been noticing some wheezing in my lower back chest whenever I take a long breath or even when I breathe normally. Is this something I should be worried about? What could be causing this?

I've been dealing with walking pneumonia quite a bit; it happens at least three times every year and has been like that for around eight years now. It seems to be getting worse each time and lasts longer too. I'm really worried it might be something serious like lung cancer, especially since Ive been smoking cigarettes and was exposed to a lot of secondhand smoke growing up. Is it normal to get walking pneumonia this frequently, or should I be talking to a professional about it?
COPD , DO PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST
