Typically, tablets are swallowed with water.

However, some tablets, like sublingual or orally disintegrating tablets, are designed to melt in the mouth.

Check the medication label or packaging insert for specific instructions.

If unsure, consult your healthcare provider to avoid incorrect administration.

Your doctor or pharmacist can provide personalized guidance.

I'm getting a bit worried because my body temperature tends to climb up to 99-100 degrees F in the evenings, and this has been happening for a few weeks now. Alongside this, I feel some tiredness in my limbs. I did some blood tests for CBC, Dengue, and Typhoid, but everything came back normal. What's making me anxious is that I've noticed my immunity seems to be lower lately since I'm catching the flu and other infections more frequently in the last few months. Any insights on what might be going on with me?

Since your blood tests for CBC, Dengue, and Typhoid came back normal, it's important to consider other possibilities. Your symptoms could be indicative of a chronic infection or an underlying inflammatory condition. Given your recurrent infections and fatigue, I would recommend considering a consultation with a healthcare provider for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can try taking over-the-counter multivitamins to support your immune system. Additionally, you can take a daily dose of Vitamin C (1000mg) and Zinc (25-50mg) to help boost your immunity. Adequate rest, hydration, and a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables can also help support your immune system.
