I've been wondering about my lung health after smoking for many years, even though I quit some time ago. Is there any way to check how my lungs are doing now, and can I clear out any tar that might have built up in them over the years?

I'm really worried about my sister. She's been dealing with sleep apnea for like 10 years now, and it causes her to wake up suddenly while sleeping, though it only happens once every month or every couple of months. What kind of treatments are available for this, and how can we help her manage or sort this out?

I'm having some trouble with my breathing and I already tried the pantosec d gas tablet that my doctor recommended. I also saw a pulmonologist, had a chest X-ray and an ECG, and both came out normal. There didn't seem to be any problems, so no meds were given. Do you think I might still need any medication or other tests?
