I've got some acne scarsnothing too dramatic, just small ones. I'm trying to find the best gel for scars. What do you think about Cicamed scar treatment gel or Mederma advanced scar gel? Which one would be more effective?

I'm really worried about something going on with my scrotum skin. It's gotten really dry, wrinkled, tight, and it's itching a lot, with a bit of redness too. Is there a different brand I can use instead of Dipsalic lotion? Also, are betamethasone and clobetasol basically the same thing when they're used as a lotion on the scalp with salicylic acid? Just trying to figure out if there's a suitable alternative or if they work differently.
