I've got these rashes that just showed up on both sides of my stomach, kind of around the lower part near my abdomen. There are two of themone on each side but both are on the same level. Should I be worried about this, and could it be something serious? What might be causing them, and how can I treat it?

I've got this bump that started off small, but after I accidentally scratched it, it got bigger. It's pretty red around the edges and really hurts when I touch it. I noticed there's some pus inside.
