I've had a cyst on my scrotum for about a year now. I thought it would go away on its own, but it's just getting bigger. It started with one and now there are four. What's going on? Should I be worried?

I've been noticing this weird sensation where it feels like sperm ejaculates inside my body, possibly forming some sort of bubble. Then, when I ejaculate, it seems like these bubble-like formations come out, almost frozen. Is this something normal or should I be concerned about it?

What youre describing could be related to air bubbles trapped in the semen or changes in its consistency due to dehydration or prolonged ejaculation intervals. This is usually harmless, but if you notice persistent changes or discomfort, consider consulting a doctor for a proper evaluation.

How can you tell the difference between congenital phimosis and adult-onset phimosis? Also, does having phimosis mean someone is impotent? And is there a way to treat congenital phimosis without needing surgery, maybe using something like betamethasone cream?

Congenital phimosis is present from birth, where the foreskin cannot be retracted due to a tight opening, while phimosis in adults often develops due to scarring or infection. Phimosis is not considered impotence, as it primarily affects the foreskin's ability to retract, not erectile function. Betamethasone cream can be effective in mild cases of congenital phimosis by reducing inflammation and allowing easier retraction, but surgery may still be required for more severe cases.
