I've had such a rough time with my throat these past ten days. I haven't been eating or drinking anything cold or sour, and I've tried every home remedy I can think ofturmeric milk, mullethi, ginger-pepper tea, even gargling with salt. Plus, I've been taking antibiotics and some ayurvedic syrup called Joshina. Still, no improvement at all. What else can I do? Could I be missing something?

I'm dealing with nasal polyps in both of my nasal cavities and it's been really frustrating. I'm not sure what the best treatment options are. Can you guide me on what I should consider or expect when dealing with nasal polyps? And is there anything specific that has worked well for others or is usually recommended? It's been affecting my day-to-day life and I'd really appreciate some advice.

The treatment for nasal polyps typically involves the use of intranasal corticosteroids to reduce inflammation and shrink the polyps. I recommend using Flonase (fluticasone) nasal spray, 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. In addition, you can also use Nasacort (triamcinolone) nasal spray, 1-2 sprays in each nostril once daily. These medications can help improve symptoms and reduce the size of the nasal polyps.
