I've had varicocele for 10 years and also developed acne after my varicocele open surgery. I haven't found any relief with Ayurvedic medicines so far. What could be causing the acne after surgery and are there any other treatment options I can explore for both issues?

My friend is 28 and has been dealing with venous leak for over a year now. He's seen multiple doctors and done his own research, but apart from surgery, there don't seem to be many treatment options. i have phimosis and cant retract my foreskin even when masturbating is it possible to have sex without retracting or do i need surgery i can move the skin a little but cant wear a condom properly
