I've noticed something strange whenever I drink or swallow anythingit feels like there's something stuck to my tongue. It's a really odd sensation, and I can't figure out what's causing it. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that will go away on its own?

Should I consider taking antibiotics as well? Is amoxicillin 250mg okay? I've been dealing with this for the past two days, and I have chronic maxillary sinusitis. What do you think I should do?

I was on a flight about three weeks ago and had a cold at the time. During the descent, I felt intense pressure in my right ear and it started hurting a lot. I took painkillers for a couple of days and, thankfully, the pain went away, but the pressure hasn't gotten back to normal since. I've tried blowing out or sucking in after pinching my nose, but nothing seems to work. I'm really worried about it. Could you offer some advice on what I should do next?
