Just found out I have a 1.2mm kidney stone and my doctor recommended surgery. Is there any way to treat this with just meds or do I really need the surgery?

View allI'm really worried because I'm dealing with pain in the area between my testicles and rectum. I've noticed it's swollen, and when I touch it, the pain gets worse. Can you tell me what might be going on or what I should do to help it?
It sounds like you may have an infection or inflammation, such as **epididymitis** or **prostatitis**, which could explain the pain and swelling. I recommend avoiding pressure on the area, using warm compresses for relief, and consulting a doctor promptly for evaluation and treatment, which may include antibiotics.

I found out I have mild to moderate varicocele in my left testis after a Doppler test and ultrasound. Could prone masturbation be causing this? What should I do next is surgery necessary or are there other options?
Varicocele is not caused by masturbation. Mild-to-moderate cases are usually managed conservatively. Surgery (varicocelectomy) is needed only if fertility is affected or pain persists.

I'm a 29-year-old guy and haven't been sexually active since 2014, and when I did, it was with protection. But I do masturbate regularly, probably around 2-3 times a week. Lately, I've noticed this clear, jelly-like substance at the tip of my penis during urination that has no particular smell, but it does burn a bit. This happened once before, about 20-25 days ago, and I brushed it off. There's no swelling or other symptoms, but it's kinda worrying me. Could you shed some light on what this jelly-like stuff might be and whether it's cool to have unprotected sex in the future?
