My dad has really bad arthritis and his right knee joint is out of place. The pain is severe in almost all his joints. Doctors are recommending knee replacement surgery based on his X-ray report. What do you suggest we do?

I'm feeling some pain at the base of my neck, and it radiates to my shoulder whenever I turn to the right side. I saw the doctor, and they mentioned it might be a cervical rib. Could you explain what this is? I'm a bit worried about what it means and what I should do next.
Thats an extra growth cervical vertebrae,if you have symptoms Physiotherapy would help you.

I have a ganglion cyst on my wrist but it doesn't hurt or bother me much do I really need surgery or can it be treated with just a needle
excision of the cyst,ortho opinion.
