My dad has really bad arthritis and his right knee joint is out of place. The pain is severe in almost all his joints. Doctors are recommending knee replacement surgery based on his X-ray report. What do you suggest we do?

View allI've been having this ache-like pain when I lift my left hand or lean on my left elbow, and it's been going on for about 23 years now. It's weird because the pain goes away if I keep doing the movement repeatedly. Sometimes, touching my chest on the left side hurts, but other times I don't feel anything. What do you think could be going on?

I have stage 2 avascular necrosis in my left femoral head and heard homeopathy might help cure it without surgery Has anyone actually recovered this way or are there other non-surgical options that worked for people
Homeopathy may help symptoms, but there's no strong evidence it can reverse avascular necrosis. Core decompression or stem cell therapy might help before joint replacement is needed.
