My dad has really bad arthritis and his right knee joint is out of place. The pain is severe in almost all his joints. Doctors are recommending knee replacement surgery based on his X-ray report. What do you suggest we do?

I've been dealing with AVN in my hip at stage 3 for over a year now and have seen an orthopedic doctor, but there's no improvement. They're suggesting a hip replacement, but I'm not too keen on surgery. Are there any other treatment options I could try?
It is very difficult to get away from AVN and avoid surgery. Ultimately you will need surgery for sure. You can post your MRI pictures

Yes composite holistic excercise better than isolated load
