My foreskin retracts easily when I'm soft but gets really tight when I'm erect and hard to pull back. I don't want to go for surgery are there any other medical treatments that could help with this?

I'm really concerned about my urine test results. It shows pus cells at 24 hpf, epithelial cells at 35 hpf, and ketones are present, but everything else seems normal. What does this mean exactly? Should I be worried about these numbers?
