My knee hurts a lot because the cartilage is rubbing and my patella feels off can cartilage heal on its own without surgery? I'm only 19 and this pain is making me really depressed, what should I do to fix this?

I'm 21 and have bow legs with a 4-inch gap between my knees. There's no pain when I walk and my walking seems normal. Are there any non-surgical ways to fix or improve this condition?
Bow legs is a structural problem that affects the shape of the bone and must be addressed fundamentally. Surgical correction is the only way to permanently straighten bow legs. The surgery needed depends on the age of the patient and on the severity of the bowing.

I have atrophy and weakness in my left supraspinatus muscle. One doctor recommended suprascapular surgery, but another said it's just an infection and advised physiotherapy instead. I'm confused about what to do should I go for surgery or stick with physiotherapy?
