My little girl has asthma, and I'm worried about finding the right specialist for her. Could you recommend a good doctor for asthma?

I'm really worried as my friend tested COVID positive just four days ago. They're fully vaccinated and don't have any major symptoms, and their oxygen level is between 98-99 with a pulse rate of 80. I'm not sure if the chest X-ray is showing anything alarming. Could you help me understand if everything looks alright, or if there's anything serious we should be concerned about? How can they get better?

no need to worry consult nearby physician

I've been dealing with this morning cold that lasts for 12 hours every day for about a year now. Initially, I thought it was just a dust allergy, but it's been getting worse. Could it be something else? What should I do?

You may be experiencing allergic rhinitis. I recommend trying an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) 10mg once daily in the morning to help alleviate your symptoms. Additionally, using a nasal corticosteroid spray like Fluticasone (brand name Flonase) 1-2 sprays in each nostril daily can also be beneficial in reducing nasal congestion and inflammation. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to consult with an allergist for further evaluation and management.

My mom just got a positive COVID result and today marks the 7th day of her fever journey. I checked her blood work, and it's mostly normal with a CRP of 7, and her Spo2 is at 99. The fever's gone now, but she's having chest pain when she has a dry cough. Should we consider going for a chest X-ray, or is an HRCT a better option? I'm really unsure about the best step here.

do chest xray that's enough
