In men, circumcision is most commonly carried out when the foreskin is tight and won't pull back (retract), which is known as phimosis. But alternative treatments, such as topical steroids, are sometimes preferred.

I'm really confused about my recent urine test results. It seems like every time I get tested, the RBC count comes back as 23 HPF with a weak reaction. I also had a KUB CT Scan and Ultra sound, plus urine Cytology and a PSA Blood test, and all those were normal. Out of 67 urine routine tests, two of them showed 56 RBC. The CT scan did show a 2mm renal calculus below my left kidney. Since everything else is normal, I'm having trouble understanding why there's still blood in my urine. Is this something I should be worried about, and do you think getting a Cystoscopy is necessary to figure out what's going on?

I'm dealing with premature ejaculation and it's really bothering me. Do you have any advice on how I can overcome this issue? I'm looking for effective suggestions or treatments.
Premature ejaculation can be addressed through a combination of lifestyle changes, therapy, and sometimes medication. I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider or a urologist, who can evaluate your situation and suggest treatments such as behavioral techniques, counseling, or medications to help manage this condition effectively.
