Please advise on my attached report. I have back pain issues and pain in the right leg knee. I have had pelvis fat loss for the last one year and also a little pain in the neck?

Back pain radiating to the leg could suggest nerve compression. Pelvis fat loss may need metabolic or neurological evaluation. Consulting a neurologist or spine specialist can help.

Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test or Take a VITAMIN B12 Test

My recent blood test shows that my Vitamin B12 level is 204 pg per ml, while the normal reference range is 211 to 911 pg per ml. Should I be concerned about this mild deficiency? Would you recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements, or should I try to improve it through natural dietary sources first? Also, what would be an ideal or healthy Vitamin B12 level for someone of my age (27 years) and height (5.11)?
