Hi Doctor, for the past one week, I have been experiencing pain in my lower back, especially in the mornings. The pain tends to improve as the day progresses. I had a similar issue a few years ago, and at that time, my doctor said it was due to a lack of calcium and vitamin D, which was confirmed by my blood test. I want to know if this could be the same problem again, and what should I take to get relief from this morning back pain?

Morning back pain that improves through the day may be linked to low Vitamin D or calcium deficiency. Please repeat Vitamin D and calcium tests to confirm.
