I still experience chest pain when I speak loudly, shout, or get angry, and the pain spreads and continues until I lie down or someone rubs my back. I also feel pain while climbing stairs. All tests, including CT Angiography, came back normal, and my cardiologist confirmed no cardiac issues, yet my symptoms persist with no improvement. I am now totally confused about what to do next.

Referred musculoskeletal pain likely. Stress/anxiety could be aggravating. Consider physiotherapy, posture correction, and psychiatric evaluation. No need for repeat heart workup if already cleared. Consider TSH, Chest Xray, and Vitamin D test.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test

My PTH test report shows 22 pg per ml. Is this normal? I have high blood pressure and take 5 mg Amlokind. I also have spondylosis with C2, C3 bulge and C5, C6 degeneration. Additionally, I have a gallstone of 2.9 cm and antral gastritis for the last six months. I am feeling weak now. Kindly advise if my PTH level is normal?
