My blood report shows a very low total vitamin D level of 6.53. My doctor advised me to take Vitamin D3 Uprise once a week. She said to take it in the morning, but I am not sure if it should be on an empty stomach or after breakfast. Can you guide me?

A vitamin D level of 6.53 is severely deficient. Uprise D3 cholecalciferol should be taken after a full meal, preferably breakfast, as it is a fat soluble vitamin and needs dietary fat for absorption. Continue weekly dosing as advised and monitor levels after 8 weeks.

View allI have been experiencing throat pain and irritation for the past few months. The pain is not constant but occurs suddenly, and there is no pain while swallowing. In the last 2 to 3 months, I have also noticed an urge to take deep breaths more often and occasional shortness of breath. This does not occur at night while sleeping, but starts during daily activities after waking up. I consulted a family doctor, who advised blood tests. The results show an IgE level of 740 and vitamin D3 deficiency at 15.55. The rest of the CBC results are normal. Kindly suggest what should be done?

I recently got a blood test report showing my Vitamin D level as 18.11 ng/mL. I am experiencing fatigue, unusual joint and muscle aches, and back pain. Could these symptoms be due to low Vitamin D? Should I take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week? Please advise what I should do.
