My blood report shows a very low total vitamin D level of 6.53. My doctor advised me to take Vitamin D3 Uprise once a week. She said to take it in the morning, but I am not sure if it should be on an empty stomach or after breakfast. Can you guide me?

A vitamin D level of 6.53 is severely deficient. Uprise D3 cholecalciferol should be taken after a full meal, preferably breakfast, as it is a fat soluble vitamin and needs dietary fat for absorption. Continue weekly dosing as advised and monitor levels after 8 weeks.

I got an attack of mouth ulcer 1 month ago with approximately 5 big ulcers. After 3 weeks the ulcers were gone but my stomach pain started and I had harder stool. The doctor gave me medicine but small ulcers happened again and went away. The doctor did a vitamin D test and it was very low at approximately 9.36. He gave me medicine and I am on medicine. I have little weakness and back pain so I thought to do one CBC test. Please check my report and tell me if it is normal or if there is anything to worry about? Please help.
