Endometrial thickness of 14 mm with heavy bleeding may need treatment to prevent anemia or other issues. Medications can help. Please get a pelvic ultrasound and consult your gynecologist for further guidance

View allI was diagnosed with CML (chronic phase) in February and started Veenat 400 from March 6th, with my WBC counts remaining stable at around 5000 and my 6 month BCR ABL result being 0.953 percent. However, since July, I have been experiencing persistent mouth sores that have not improved with different remedies. My question is, what is the best way to manage this? Should I stop Veenat for a week and restart, switch to a second-generation drug, or temporarily move to a second generation drug and later return to the first generation one? My main concern is whether taking a break from Veenat will negatively affect my long term treatment goals and the possibility of achieving deep molecular remission at one year.
