My Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy (ECILA) test report shows 7.0 ng/ml. Deficient: less than or equal to 20, Insufficiency: 20 to 29, Desirable: greater than or equal to 30 to 100, Toxicity: greater than 100. Am I vitamin D deficient? Could this cause complications in my pregnancy? I am 6 weeks pregnant and got my test done yesterday. Please help, I am very worried. Thank you.

You are severely Vitamin D deficient. Start cholecalciferol 60,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks, under guidance. Low Vit D can impact pregnancy health.

View allI got an attack of mouth ulcer 1 month ago with approximately 5 big ulcers. After 3 weeks the ulcers were gone but my stomach pain started and I had harder stool. The doctor gave me medicine but small ulcers happened again and went away. The doctor did a vitamin D test and it was very low at approximately 9.36. He gave me medicine and I am on medicine. I have little weakness and back pain so I thought to do one CBC test. Please check my report and tell me if it is normal or if there is anything to worry about? Please help.

My PTH test report shows 22 pg per ml. Is this normal? I have high blood pressure and take 5 mg Amlokind. I also have spondylosis with C2, C3 bulge and C5, C6 degeneration. Additionally, I have a gallstone of 2.9 cm and antral gastritis for the last six months. I am feeling weak now. Kindly advise if my PTH level is normal?

I am a working woman living alone in Mumbai with rotational shifts (morning, day, and night), so I do not have a consistent routine. Recently, I visited my hometown for almost a month. I saw a general physician who did a full body check-up and tests. My reports are mostly normal, except for Vitamin D deficiency and a small functional cyst in my right ovary. My doctor said this cyst is common in women and usually resolves after 2 to 3 menstrual cycles. I have not had regular periods for the past 7 months. Once, my cycle was delayed by 21 days, but normally the interval is 6 days or longer. I do not have facial hair, but after using a Flawless trimmer for women once, I developed cystic acne, especially around the jawline and smile lines. I also experience mild depression, stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Could you please advise what could be causing these issues, and what steps I should take next?
