I have a dermoid cyst in my right ovary measuring 43x34x44 mm from an MRI in February and it might have grown since then. I feel swelling in my right thigh and abdomen. Several gynecologists recommended laparoscopy because they say it contains hair and teeth and could twist. I'm hesitant about surgery can homeopathy actually dissolve this kind of cyst? I'm single and a bit nervous about going under the knife.

I'm really worried about this situation. I've been dealing with PCOD, and my weight keeps going upI'm currently 63 kg and I'm 5 feet tall. I'm really concerned because I found out that there's a small, clear cyst on my cervix, and it's 9.66cm in length. I'm worried if this is a Nabothian cyst and if its something I should seriously consider surgery for. What should I do, or what kind of treatments are there?
